For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities.

This is initially a 11-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs with excellent possibilities for extension.

We apply continuous selection, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for electrical design and technical solutions within your assigned area in customer order projects.
• Be responsible for design and technical issues related to electrical power systems in power plants, such as switchgear, generators, relay protection, control equipment, and battery installations.
• Ensure that technical solutions meet customer requirements, relevant standards, and are well integrated with other systems in the facility.
• Work in both delivery and development projects, contributing to the further development of technical solutions and working methods.
• Prepare technical documentation and cost estimates to support quotation work and contribute to business-oriented and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales organization, after-sales service, and other internal functions during various phases of projects.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces to ensure quality, progress, and good technical solutions.

Your Profile

• You are a Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or equivalent, with several years of work experience in electrical design, power systems, and/or electrical and auxiliary equipment.
• You have a strong technical interest and are motivated to work with advanced technical solutions, while also wanting to continue developing and deepening your competence in the field.
• You take responsibility for your work and drive your tasks forward in a structured and solution-oriented manner, both independently and in collaboration with others.
• You have good collaboration skills and a relationship-building working style, which makes you thrive in a role with many contact points such as customers, suppliers, and internal functions.
• You have good communication skills and can clearly convey technical issues, both in Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
